March 6

Mother/Daughter dinner dance with the Girl Scouts. We had a great time at the Somerville Elks. Here are the girls and I plus their friend J and her mom.

March 5

We win the first round of playoffs in New Brunswick! We beat St. John Vianney and will play St. Augustine of Canterbury (Kendall Park) next week for the championship. Go Wildcats!

Fourth scrimmage with BB recreation - and they win! Only by a point but they were so happy that I was happy for them. Both sides have played great during this series of scrimmages and have so much of which to be proud. Go Wildcats! Go Brook! :)

February 28

Jenna stayed home today so I could take her to the dr. She had a horrific migraine yesterday and we needed to get that checked out. Now we are keeping a food/activity log to see if we can detect a pattern and we're waiting for a referral to a pediatric neurologist. Poor Freckles! (that's Jenna's nickname these days, sounds like a dog but she likes it)

Cheer competition at Sacred Heart - our girls come in 2nd place, a huge accomplishment since they are competing against 5th and 6th graders and half of our girls are in the 2nd grade! Our best cheerleader award even goes to one of our 2nd graders!

Fridays are crazy! We have glee club, cheerleading and basketball. This Friday we also had a scrimmage against BB recreation (we won by one point!). I decided to take it easy on myself for once and just "out-source" dinner. :)
